Heating problem

I changed my thermostat this past summer and this week, its been getting quite the test. Its -30 degrees Celsius for the week. Anyway, I DO NOT get any HOT or WARM air at all. You could say its luke warm, barely warm. Just enough to say that the windows can defrost and that's its. Any suggestions, because I really don't have a clue. Maybe the fact that the new thermostat's coil is a lot less bigger than the stock one makes it less "heavy duty"????

make sure the coolant in the radiator is full to start.

Thats done. Checked before I posted. I can work my away around cars but I'm baffled by this. I have no clue where to start.
