2002 p.t.cruiser

can I bolt a newer front and rear bumper from a 2006 to 2010 p.t.cruiser on my 2002?

Chrysler usually changes the body style on their cars every 5ish years so I would look to see if the body lines would match. If so it should be relatively easy to do so.
