014 town and country vent/defrost
 

Why & how does air(a/c) come out of the defrost when it(a/c) is on vent not defrost? The windshield will have condensation on it & it is aggravating..

Most likely your ac unit needs cleaning also make sure the blower selector is the correct selection.

Why would the a/c unit need cleaning as the van has 47,000 miles on it? The blower selector is on face not defrost. My thinking is the "flap door" is not closing correctly from defrost to vent.
