Hi there, the RPM is always normal as it has been for years. I forget the exact reading, but the engine does not race or hesitate - it just runs like NEW. I will have to install a new water air bleed valve body that has a big hole blown in the side of it. The one with 3 hoses connect to on right top side. The super heat and STEAM trapped at top of the bleed valve must have weakend the plastic to blow a half inch hole in side. The last one I installed 6 years ago just cracked. That's the odd thing, I cant understand why fan did not come on when reaching RED temp zone. Maybe the pressure dropped due to leak, could that have any impact? The CAP looks clean and looks spotless also, so didn't suspect the cap. I have the BIG BLACK thing off the top of the engine with 7-8 bolts, do I need to install NEW red gaskets before I reinstall? they look good and clean?
If I pull the fuses for each fan out will each fan start?
What is the second fan for? I know it is two speed, but dont understand why 3 relays for fans? and why w fans, when one is for AC and one for HOT? Perhaps you can throw some light. Many Thanks
