Cold air intake

What kind of cold air intake would fit my 2008 2.4L Sebring?

The one supplied by Chrysler. For aftermarket brands, ask the supplier. Before you install a "cold air intake" look at it carefully. Compare the actual air flow route to the OEM air flow route. Some aftermarket intakes actually suck air from right behind the radiator, and you wind up taking in air that isn't close to being "cold". Others have an air filter that is much smaller than the OEM style, which means that it is either less able to filter incoming air (more porous) or it is more restrictive, or both.
