Having problems with heater. Cold mornings, fan peed indicator {led} only stays on 1, as car warms up the leds increas till eventually i have fan on full, this is a big problem when we-frostig the car as no air flow to windscreen, any ides out there !!

 

Could be that it's supposed to work that way. Not sure about your diesel, which may have a different heater, but if there's no heat to be had, you can blow cold air all day at the windshield and it won't defrost. Check your owners manual.
