How does one put a vehicle into the "garage"site page

Relatively new here, I just made a small album of my chrysler (well 2 of the 3)rides. But can not figure out how to put a vehicle into the garage link. Any help is much appreciated.

Is the member garage non functional...Maybe it should be torn down or rebuilt????
