lack of power
 

please help have a 98 voyager 2.5 td rev,s fine idle.when you drive will only boost to around 2000rpm, then holds back.have changed fuel and air filter and checked for splits in any hoses no pipes off.hard to overtake and no power up hills.with no fault codes.
