Radiabot Flush question
 

I have Chrysler Neon 2001 and I want to flush my radiator but despite my best effortto locate cockpet (valve to drain out all the crap) I could not locate it.

Does somebody know where can I locate it. and how should it look like. Can I reach it without looking under my car.
