put conv. top down today and upon putting it back up rear passenger window failed to come close. No noise when I use control to close it as with all the other windows. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have a garbage bag tapped on it now, but really would like some advice as what needs to be fixed and if it si something I can do myself, dont have the funds to take it to a mechanic.

If you are talking about a rear power window... It possibly could be the switch and not the window motor or off track (as you would hear it).
