Dear Admins,
You should not ask for date of birth from people when they sign up for membership here. An accurate date of birth is one-half of what identity thieves need to steal someone's identity. You should definitely not expose members' dates of birth in their public profiles. If, for some reason you feel that age is of value, then let people select a range (20's, 30's 40's) and let it go at that. Please fix this problem ASAP.
