Where's the battery???
 

Where is the battery on the 2000 LHS. I have follewed the jumper post as far under the hood as I could but have yet to find the battery.

Look under the air filter housing.

I remember trying to find the battery on my Chrysler Sebring, I pulled up the back seat the 2 front seats, looked everywhere possible inside the hood and trunk. Come to find it was in a compartment in front of the front tire. Try there.

Left side below the headlight, or is it the right headlight?? Can't remember now! lol Under one of them. Look for access points in the wheelhouse, or remove the headlight to find the batt. Headlight comes out easy. 2 long bolts if I'm not mistaken, check your manual for bulb replacement if in doubt.

I actually changed the battery in one of these today. Like the previous posters said, you have to take off the passenger front wheel, and access it there. You can get to the top of the battery by removing the air filter housing, It really is a pain.
