Stuck in on position
bought a new lock cylinder but needs recoded
Attempted to replace the tumblers but lost one and lost the order
Is there a way to disable the theft deterrent system and will that work?

 

If disabling the theft deterrent system was easy, it wouldn't be much of a system.

If you have confidence in your lock picking skills, use the door or trunk lock cylinder for a model. Don't lose the tumblers this time.

 

take your key the new lock cylinder and the new tumblers to a lock smith they can get the code from the old key and get the tumblers back in the right order.
