I have an error message that reads "check the dis..blah blah" This is gonna sound naive but where is the disc/dvd reader for the Nav system? how do I access it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

There is a little narrow place along the bottom of the radio face. You'll need something small tipped like a safety pin or a pick to take off the little cover. Inside there will be a small round eject button.

 

i see a small round shaped button just under the radio face on the outside,is that what you are talking about or do you have to take the face of the radio actually off to access this eject button that you are talking about??i pushed the button that i see on the outside but it does nothing.
