Default ESP possibly??

Curious as to whether there is any merit to my thinking here. My '05 300C has only 13k miles on it and I've noticed it always has had a "flat" spot or dead spot in throttle response when you initially press on the pedal lightly. If you press more aggresively, no problem. I have driven other 300Cs and they do not seem to have this issue.

However, I noticed when I turn off the ESP I do not have the problem. Could the ESP be misprogrammed somehow??

Thanks

there is a delay built in so the tires are not broken loose with the esp on. There are programs that can turn it off but i think its for a srt8 not a regular 300. Aftermarket stuff may be out there.

Thanks Tech,

But I suspect those program additions would void warranty, correct? Plus, still wonder why I did not notice the "lag" on other 300Cs
