The power windows for the two rear doors do not work. On a rare occasion they will roll down and up. However, 99% of the time they do nothing. It appears as though they are drawing current though. When the interior lights are on and the window button is pressed everything dims.

I took one of thedoors and window motors appart it all looks like brand new. No gunk or anything. Do you guys know how to further troubleshoot this?
