Just recently had a new engine {reman } put in my 2000 Concorde. Now about every three weeks the cooling system bleeder assembly blows out. On the third one now in about 6 weeks time. Garage seems to think it is overheating for some reason and taking this part out. Part is made of plastic which seems a poor design. Have not been able to find an after market part made of metal or any better quality.
Will add here that because of numerous complaints and problems with this engine failing, DC did pay for part of the replacement cost of engine through a settlement company called Impartial Services Group.

 

if u had a reman put it possable that u have a head leak building up pressure does it leak out the bleader housing or what?
