I have a new power steering pump and pulley for my Sebring. Does the pulley have to be machined on or can it be pressed on?

 

You need a special tool to press it on. Most parts stores will rent it to you. I'm not sure about aftermarket parts, but the Chrysler one usually comes with a spacer so you can get the depth correct. If not you can usually eyeball it by looking at the old one.
