2004 chrysler pacifica camshaft...info please?

So my pacifica started ticking l...pulled rocker arm assembly and so a dowel pin holding the roller bearing onto the the exhaust rocker? Came out and or broke the casting holding the roller in place that the dowel holding the bearing on went into. Alittle confusing. Bottom line it chewed the heck out of one of my cam lobes so now i need a new cam as well as the rocker arm assembly or i might rebuild assembly. New camshaft and assembly not cheap like A$500 and $300 and i am not made of money. I know just enough to dangerous to myself. My question is.... Can i pick up a used cylinder head with cam and rocker assembly still installed at junk yard then remove the cam and rocker assembly and install into my cylinder head without issue? Or would something go wrong from putting used components from 1 head into another?

so long you get teh same side head wont be an issue but I would suggest getting the used head pressure checked by a machine shop before you install it this way you know there is no cracks and or the head is warped.
