2005 300 moonroof

2005 300 moonroof
I own a 2005 300 limited, and ever since i bought the car the moonroof makes a rumbling sound when driving it has been in the shop twice and they seem to think that the bolts just need tightened. can anyone tell me why this continues to happen.
