2007 Chrysler aspen limited 5.7 hemi. Will not crank.

It turns over fine, battery voltage is 12. 5.
55 psi on my fuel rail with no codes showing up on scanner. Was driving down the road she said it started shaking(I guess misfiring) and it will not start back.
