I need to get a replacement (2nd key) for backup. I can order the key fob online but will need it cut. Does a locksmith have to be the one to cut and program it or can he cut it and then I can program it. 2007 PT Cruiser.

if you have 2 keys already programed then you can do it yourself if not then he would need to
