2012 300C HVAC blowing cold on drivers side and warm on pass side

I own a 2012 300C. The HVAC is blowing cold on drivers side and warm on pass side. Is this a recall issue?

recalls are safety issues not keeping the pass side hot or cold is not a safety issue.

if you have dual climate control make sure they are both set to cold.:confused:
