8 way passenger seat?

Does anyone know how difficult it would be to convert the 4-way Pac passenger seat to the 8-way like the driver's seat? Thanks,

factor in wire, and well if u can find a switch that would be one next the motors u will haft to find away to retro fit them into the seat u have and well a big mess. if i remember right they stoped the 8 way pass seats in hummm 02 maybe if u find one in a junk yard u can use it then just add the correct wiring from the body harness.
