94 concorde stalls while friving

ok, here it goes, my 94 concorde stalls randomly when driving down the road especially on the highway and never throws a code. The engine just quits and the tach goes to zero. I have too wait a few seconds put the car in park and it will start again and sometimes run ok and sometimes stall again. The last time it stalled I went over a rough set of railroad tracks, I put the car in park turned off the headlights and the dash lights stayed on and it made this wierd buzzing sound. I replaced the plug wires just before all this started to happen, I have already replaced the ignition coil, plugs, wires, crank pos. sensor, fuel pump and fuel filter. It now seems electrical maybe, any help would be appreciated . I have seen alot of similar issues about this type of stalling and not many replies, someone has got to know somthing! thanks.

You might have a loose or corroded ground strap somewhere that is intermittently breaking contact. Check, clean and tighten all that you can find. Can't hurt; won't cost anything; might help.

ground straps are tight cleaned , still stalls on highway, found two on passenger s side connected to block, one went to frame the other car body

Might want to remove and clean the battery cable connections too. Battery connections can be strange. A corroded connection can sometimes pass a current if it's large enough, but not pass a small current, and vice-versa. That random 12 code may be a clue.

Dose your car Erase All the code when It Stalls. If So didi you check Allternator For AMPs While driving and have you make sure that the AirMass sensor is working Fine and the throttle is responsing correctly and dosent get stuck.
