99 LHS PROBLEM--HEP' ME!

I have a 99 LHS. Great car! 132,000 miles, very few problems. Original spark plugs, never been "tuned". I run Mobil One and change filters religiously.

But: while cruising (70 mph or so, rpms about 2200), I take my foot off accelerator and the rpms will sometimes immediately drop to 1000-1500 and the engine will kinda feel like it's going to stall. Pressing down on the accelerator will make things go back to normal, and letting off might make it repeat and might not. It hasn't really been a problem but, hey, it's my wife's car and she gets all nervous when it happens and you know what that means.

Most recent work has been my first trans fluid/filter change (at about 125,000 miles. I know, should have done it earlier, but the dang thing just never gave me problems.)

Any solution? My wife is going to make me take it to the dealer, which means $$$ regardless. Hep' me! thanks!!
