I'm blonde and this rb4 is driving me crazy! Is it my blonde airhead?
I have a chrysler sebring JXI. The year is a 2000. I purchased a rb4 for the car and an adapter so that it would work in my year. I took it to a cartunes and they hooked it up but said they didn't know much about it. I get it home and the GPS does not work. It show 000 across the screen for where I am. It continues to say "searching" and nothing happens. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? They placed the antena on the trunk of my car. Is that where it should be?
P.S. Everything else on the rb4 is working fine.
Please Help!

It is new. I got it from a friend who works at chrysler. She purchased one for her durango and had no problems with it. Someone mentioned a speed wire. Does that make any since? I don't know anything about this thing.

is it the same one that she put in her druango what si the part number? U dont need to hook up the VSS wire because if its a chrysler system it will be bussed over the network.

Where do I find the part number? Is it on the unit? There is an area on the back in the bottom right hand corner that has six male pronges. There is nothing plugged in there. Could that be why?
