Left Turn Signal and brake light isn't working

Default Left Turn Signal and brake light isn't working
My 2007 300 started rapid flashing when I turned my signal on. The left turn signal and brake light is out so I bought new bulb and replaced. The parking light stays on but signal and brakelight still isn't working please help.. fluid is also at level
