cutting out & dies at times 99 LHS 3.5

:eek:our LHS has been doing this for most of this year, seems to be getting worse, naturally. Today as we left church, it was surging and the check engine light came on. That was good news as it hasn't been coming on as yet. The DTC is P0108: map sensor/baro sensor high input. Not sure if this is part of the problem or due to my revving the engine to get to smooth out. Light eventually went out by the time we got home. I wonder if there is a bad wire or connection at the ECM that could be the root of all this. I have seen it on the electronic diesels I've repaired in the past. Just need some information from someone who is chrysler oriented. Thanks, DaveC:)[sm=helpout.gif]

I would change the sensor as it would be a good starting point. I don't think that they are that much at O'Reilly
