Okay, so how hard is it going to be to take the dash apart on a 2001 300M...I need to get at my indash speakers to check the size...how would i go about that???(As you can probably tell by reading this that I'm a girlie-girl and don't know......)

remove the 2 a pillers and the top will come off

I also need to change out my dash speaker due to it being blown.

the a piller is the 2 side parts that touch the windsheld take them off both then the top half of the dash is only a plate that covers the whole top part it will pop out just as well look at where the 2 different colors meet and pry there
