Heater/AC shooting out air erratically

Hi. I have a 2002 Chrysler Concorde Lxi 3.5L car and my air started shooting out the floor vents today. It is erratic and cannot be turned off, even though the unit in my console works, and will even let me change settings (which all function), but the floor vents persist throughout any setting, including Off. I know my condenser needs replaced and all 4 AC lines are shot, but the heat was working as intended before this started. What is going on, and what can I do to fix it? Thanks in advance! -Goby

Sounds like fan module failure. If you have ATC (Automatic Climate control) these units use a module rather than a simple resister. When the module fails, tends to run the fan on high all the time.

Is that a difficult and/or expensive fix? Is it likely the module itself or something in the wiring? Thanks!
