Turns out that crank was already machined by 0.25mm, however i'm not sure if crank journals and rods have been damaged from mild knocking, if I'm lucky i'll just pull the pan and slide in new bearings. Things are getting slowly worse, now I hear startup knock on every startup after sitting for 10 mins. I use 10-60 grade oil to keep the engine alive. I decided to drive it more gently because timing belt broke few months ago and I had to replace both heads, gaskets belt and water pump and all kinds of seals, lot of money had been invested in engine top. I don't wanna risk.

Few days ago, 2.7L come to the shop, overheated so we replaced head gaskets and rod bearings(Mopar, STD size), 4 (of 12) bearings were missing a peice of metal near oil hole and ended somewhere in engine, crank surface was in good shape so we proceeded. When I did test drive i did few runs 1/3 throttle run to 3000rpm in 2nd gear then engine brake..2/3 throttle to 4000rpm then brake.. then full throttle to 6 and went back slowly, costumer is very happy with the car.
