Default Overheating

I have a 1999 Concorde that i bought with a broken timing belt.
Both heads were ruined.
I replaced both heads, timing belt, water pump,t-stat,radiator,and radiator cooling fan assy.
This car ran great for about a month after repairs.
Now i have to have the heater on full blast no matter the outside temp. in order to not overheat.
I have flushed the cooling system and bleed the cooling system but i cannot resolve this issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
