Problem with window.
 

Hey, I just brought a 1996 chrysler neon, there is a few problems with it, but the engine is brilliant. lol

firstly the engine needs some mounts, alot of clunking and stuff going on.. im getting all 4 for $100 from a wreckers.. so thats all good..

second, my driver side window.. Right side Cause i live in australia.. looks asif its not sitting right, now i just tried pulling off the door trim and it looks like alot of effort and i don't want to break anything, not to mention i don't know how to take the window winder handle off without breaking it..
(if anyone has some tips with doing this correctly that would help..)

I got a gurgling sound when i turn the car off, though i read up that it could be that my radiator cap is letting air in, but Im not to sure, so.. some help would be appreciated.
