Default Radio won't turn off

Strange: I was cleaning our Town & Country with the doors open, and suddenly satellite radio came on (without the key). Since then, the power to the radio remains on. I can turn the radio off, but the clocks is still displayed.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Try pulling the IOD fuse (it may be the one with ears if it's like my Sebring). That will shut off the radio and it may reset its little brain. Can't hurt.

Default Static from speakers when radio & ignition off.

Recently had a heavy rain, then freezing temps. Had ice inside windshield & rear window. Defrosted without thinking and wound up with water in passenger front and rear floor pans. Radio shut off then came on with heavy static. Shut the radio off and still had static. Shut engine off, and still had static. Pulled #7 fuse (15 amp) and that stopped the static. All radio functions (lights, AM/FM, CD, and cassette still respond like they are working WITHOUT the fuse. Plug the fuse back in and EVERYTHING works except still getting heavy static. Did I short out the amp under the passenger seat and does that still have power without radio ON? This is a 2002 Sebring LXI coupe 3.0 with a 5 speed trans. Stereo is a factory Infinity 7 speaker system. Any suggestions?
