Default Recommended OBD2 scanner for Town&Country 2015

Hi!

I have used an unlicensed AlfaOBD scanner software with a decent USB connected OBD2 cable (vLinker FS USB). It reads everything OK as far as I can tell but before I spend 55 USD on it, I'd like to know if there are other tools at about the same price range that will give me better features. AlfaOBD is very technical, and even if I'm also very technical, cars are not my main area of expertise. If there is a tool that is a bit more helpful in finding what I want to do instead of having to explore the different modules, submodules and all the 100's of functions related to each module before actually finding what I want, it would be appreciated.

At the present I have two things that I want to do, diagnose the blind spot detection system and set DRL lights to a sane value instead of what's programmed right now. Other things may of course be needed in the future so I need a tool the can do a lot of service actions.

I prefer a Windows 10 based tool, not a handheld device or any other operation system.

Suggestions?

I have a ram with a Cummins I'm looking for a scan tool that will do the turbo actuator test. Any recommendations?
