Hi
this is regarding a 2006 t&c 3.8l lmtd.
when making a left turn, vibration or wheel rubbing sound comes from rear passenger wheel.

Might be a wheel bearing. Might be a loose fender liner or something else loose rubbing on the wheel. Somebody is going to have to get under there and inspect it carefully. Can't be done over the internet.
