scan tool for voyager 1998 SCI bus

Default scan tool for voyager 1998 SCI bus
I have a OTC 3498 but cannot connect to this mcu. I thing I need a sci bus scanner. But which one is low cost, but still good. Voyager 1998 3.0L

AGV4000, is very good Interface. Can a lot of protokolls.

SCI is for a DRB and for programing the computer not for normal interface
