Sebring bogging out alot

Does anyone have any suggestions on my 1995 Sebring bogs out most of the time. If I stomp the accelerartor I can catch up some spped but when I let off and just depress the pedal it wont go.Sometime the idle is rough when this is happening. Also when I pull over and shut off the car then start it right back up it will run good for a couple miles. Need some sugestions please.

I have the same exact problem on my 98' especially when its really cold or under a quarter tank. Im thinking it may be something as simple as changing the fuel filter tho as it hasn't been changed in about 50k. Jus waiting till the warm weather to try it >.<

I've also been looking for people with this same problem. If so, anyone have any suggestions?

Its most likley a clogged fuel filter as mentioned above or it could also be a bad converter.
