Default water leak in 2000 Town and Country

I have a water leak when it rains on the passenger side floor(wet carpet). I removed the right side kick panel and found water dripping from the styrofoam that separates the body from the fender, Ihave no idea why the hole is there. Water runs down the sill and onto the carpet. I also have a leak arond the upper corner of the back hatch on the drivers side. I found water coming from under the weatherstripping or a body seam. These are driving me crazy. Please help. Merry Xmas-God Bless our troops!!!!
