Xm radio Presets Erased need help
 

I have a 2001 300m ,
I have been the only owner of this car... Every now and then the memory to the presets to my chrysler radio erase all there settings.
and I have to set everything on the radio again...Dealership says they can not find anything wrong. Twice the radio has died and they have replaced it... It was never a real big deal till now because I had XM installed. Xm has so many channels all over the place preset are very important...When I first installed xm and set stations all worked well... Then for whatever reason wipeout after a week or so.. am fm and xm erased... But the big problem from there is it will no longer allow me to set XM stations...
I replaced the radio Stock Chrysler all went well again after a week or so...wipeout again.. I can set am ,fm but not xm ???
My car has a automate autostart car alarm installed at the dealership, I think is sets this problem off I don't know need help out there.
P.S I did upgrade to a 2003 Chrysler Radio to handle XM..
