1986 T&C Convertible - anyone convert to rear disc brakes?

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forums pages, but own a 1986 LeBaron Town & Country 2.2 Turbo convertible that my parens bought new. I've always loved the car, and it has now passed to me. I keep inside and plan to replace a few components starting with springs, shocks and brakes. So I got to wondering has anyone ever converted a K-car variant from rear drum to disc brakes? And if so, what model did the parts come from? Newer Daytonas had rear disc brakes, but I don't know if that would be an easy conversion. Thanks in advance
