1994 Lebaron turns over, but will not start.
 

I have a 1994 Chrysler LeBaron V6 3.0L. I took it apart to replace some parts and now it won't start. The engine turns over just fine, but won't pop. It sounds like it really wants to and every now and then it will pop a little bit but won't run. I replaced the radiator, water pump, water tube, supply/return fuel hoses, intake manifold gaskets, plenum gaskets, distributer cap, rotor, and coil/plug lines. I cleaned everything I came across while taking it apart and now it is back together. I confirmed that the timing is correct. When the key is turned to on, fuel flows out of the supply line so I know I am getting fuel, but it stops after a second or two so I'm not sure if the engine actually has to be running/turning over for a constant flow. I listened to each injector and heard clicking so I know they are working. All my vacuum lines and electrical connectors are attached. I replaced my fuel pump and filter about a year ago and the fuel pump fuse and relay are both good. My car WAS running before I took it apart, so I don't see how something could have just went bad, like a sensor or relay. After turning it over I pulled the plugs and only numbers 3 and 6 were wet (barely), the rest were dry. Any ideas?

My only idea would be timing might be set incorrect? wish i could help more , but thats all i could come up with. good luck with this mystery

ninja edit : What about the rotor? it sits inside the distributer cap?

Did you re-connect all your grounds? Have had crank no start issues with early 90's FWD mopars and turns out to be wiring related.

Maybe plug wires are crossed?

If your car was running before you replaced these items, 98% chance it's related. Easiest thing to check is plug wires, make sure they are correct. It doesn't just follow the firing order, it has a very unusual distributor cap. Firing order is 1,2,3,4,5,6, but that's not how they are on the cap. Check closely.
