04 PT Cruiser blows ASD/FP fuse only after starting

After starting for 2 seconds my 04 Cruiser blows ASD/FP fuse 13. Will not blow with key on. Replaced fuel pump assy, unhooked O2 sensors, noise suppressor,TPS,
IAC, cam sensor. Fuse didn't blow unless it actually starts. Some ,like the cam sensor, wouldn't let it start & fuse would not blow. Also swapped relays in PDC.
Removing any relays like the ASD, Fuel pump,Starter relay which I believe are the only relays this fuse supplies power to. As long as it don't start it won't blow but 2 seconds
after starting it does. I'm on ALLDATAdiy but still somewhat confused on exactly this circuit works

this will probably be over your head then. if you dont know how to use items like an omh meter and how and why a fuse circuit works this is not usually a DIY project.

No Dumbass,The disrciption of circuit about ASD relay that I've found online states as I remember stated it supplies the heater circuit power to the O2 sensors
& some others that are not on the circuits of the ASD Relay. Also it will not even crank with the fuse blown & the starter relay is not supplied power from the ASD relay or fuse 13! I'm looking for assistance not crap from someone who likes to talk big!

OK ass **** you asked for assistance Il give it to you . replacing simple parts will not do it. get the full wire diagram and trace down the wires one by one if you cant read it learn from you tube it get an education. learn when something is over your head. This will not be a simple thing that you will just get done by replacing parts which im sure thats what you though. Now take apart each wire from the fuse box get some tools like i said Ohm meter volt meter learn how to use them as well. here is your last hint since you wanted to act like an ass to someone that has spent 25 years doing what you are attempting.. A FUSE BLOWS WHEN ITS A SHORT TO GROUND. OVER THE AMPS ON THE CIRCUIT. enjoy.
