1993 Lebaron LE Sedan Starting Issues

Hello,

My name is Paul from just outside Chicago and I inherited a 93 Lebaron. It's been sitting since the end of 2021. When I turned the key to the "on" position, I noticed that the fuel pump did not "hum" like I believe it's supposed to so it was not a surprise when the car wouldn't turn over. It does crank, actually pretty nicely and with some starter fluid in the intake, it did fire up for a few seconds before shutting off. Someone stop me immediately if I'm wrong here but I believe the main issue is fuel.

I found two relays on the driver side in the engine bay attached to the wheel well (best I can describe it) - when you turn the key to on, you can hear both of them click - as far as I can tell, one of these are the fuel pump relay and it appears operational.

I then tried to follow the wiring to the back where I can see it going into the fuel pump. I'm guessing one of these is the pump and one is the sending unit? This is where I'm getting stuck. I've never backprobed anything and if I'm honest, not even sure I know how but a quick search for a video didn't turn up anything promising, however, before I move forward - I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on the steps I've taken so far? Am I on the right track? Is it likely that the fuel pump is dead? Is there anything else I should look at? If the pump is dead, it looks like I'll have to drop the tank to change it out?

I could take photos and post them if it would help. For anyone's that read this far, thanks a million.
