Default 2006 300 Touring -should just replace the engine?

I have a 2006 300 touring.the car has been remarkably reliable. Currently has 185 K miles. I replaced timing belt at 105 k. I have developed a coolant leak that appears to be water pump related, so it's time to do all the timing belt routine. I have also developed the rocker arm tapping and clatter, so am going to need rocker arm assemblies. I can repair cheaper than I can to replace the engine, but looking for advice from some of yo
U experts.
