2009 PT Cruiser 12Volt outlets

Default 2009 PT Cruiser 12Volt outlets
Gentlemen both outlets appear dead, fuse checks ok.
Are these outlets “relay driven” ….if so which relay and associated fuse.

they are controlled by the tipm aka fuse box its an internal relay the whole assembly would need to be replaced if found faulty
