2010 Chrysler 300 Stereo Upgrade Help

Tired of all the cords for phone and I want to upgrade my stereo but have no idea what to get. Does anyone have advice for that?

I put a Alpine head unit in my '09, had to get extra connections to make the steering wheel buttons work, but it turned out great
