2015 200 will not shield into no gear, says service park break service transmission.p

I have a2015 Chrysler, 200 limited.Only thing I did was change the battery negative terminal.And now is saying that my car has lost communication to the t.C.M have paid $5-600 to mobile mechanics.And nobody can't figure it out

did the guys who looked at it were they able to get into the tcm and see the codes?
