My 2016 Jeep Cherokee with less than 3,000 miles has a water leak. It has been in the shop 4 times, currently in the shop now. They have advised they sealed various areas but each time the car is returned to me it continues to leak. The floorboards on the driver side become soaked and the water is coming from beneath the carpets. The frame of the car is full of water and has been for over a month. I am concerned about mold and corrosion. This car is a lemon and I want my money back. I opened a case (29199176) with Chrysler/Jeep and have been underwhelmed by the response. I have the dealership working with me to try and work with Jeep. I am waiting to see if Jeep and/or the dealership step up to the plate. Unfortunately it is looking like I will have to lawyer up and invoke the lemon law. I really do not have time for this. UGH. Do any other Jeep Cherokee owners have this issue?

 

Welcome to the forum. This is a Chrysler forum. You might have better luck with your inquiry on a Jeep Forum. You should also carefully check the lemon laws in your state. They vary from state to state but your situation may be close to, if not beyond the point where lemon law remedies are triggered.
